The Equal Treatment Team of the Karolina Jankowska Law Firm protects and defends the rights of older adults, LGBTQA + individuals and people from vulnerable social groups (including national, ethnic and religious minorities) against unequal treatment.
Our services
We pursue claims for damages and compensation for infringement of personal rights, discrimination and mobbing. We negotiate settlements and mediate disputes between employees and employers. We ran training sessions for managers, targeting on anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination issues in the workplace.
